Kentville Avenue, Annandale

This DA approval is an alteration and addition on a existing heritage conservation house. The client’s vision was was to create modern interiors and amenities to this existing dwelling and to enable views of the city skyline from the new first floor addition. We were able to satisfy Inner West Council’s heritage requirements while pushing the boundaries to increase the clients buildable area which includes a basement and reduced rear setback.
